CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
All sales are final, no cancellations or returns once order placed.

We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any tubers that do not pass the last minute quality check as we are shipping out tubers. We will not substitute for an alternate variety. We would not want to ship anything we would not be happy receiving ourselves. Shipping charges will be refunded ONLY if no tubers are shipped out to you.
GUARANTEE
Please inspect your tubers carefully upon arrival. If there are any issues with any tubers or damage that occurred as a result of shipment, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the tubers (and if there was damage as a result of shipment, photos of the packaging). Refunds will not be processed after the 48 hour window.
Tubers are shipped individually packed with vermiculite, with variety name written on bag. All tubers are shipped with at least a visible eye, if not already sprouted. Please keep in mind, some tubers are not "pretty", and tubers of all shapes and sizes with an eye/sprout can still grow beautiful dahlias under proper conditions, provided they are firm and viable!
Once they arrive to you, we are not responsible for any issues that arise with the tuber, be it due to improper storage, pest exposure, neglect, poor plant performance or poor weather/growing conditions. We practice strict sanitation and cull any suspicious looking plants in our garden. We cannot offer any refunds if your plant should show signs of virus or disease as they can be spread by soil conditions or pests. Please familiarize yourself on proper storage of the tubers until it is time to plant in your zone.
